Quality standards of frozen banana leave
The raw materials are grown and harvested in the South of Vietnam. After being harvested and delivered to our factory, they will be put in a closed production line to ensure the food hygiene and safety.
Some quality standards of the product, as follows
- Type: rectangle shape or round shape
- Size: Length 40cm up and Width 18cm up for rectangle shape or diameter 20-25cm for round shape
- Non blanching
- Packed in PA bag and vacuumed, net weight depends on customer’s request
- Frozen at -35 degrees and kept at -18 degrees
- Stored at cold temperature in 24 months
