Quality standards of frozen sugarcane
The raw materials are grown and harvested in the South of Vietnam. After being harvested and delivered to our factory, they will be put in a closed production line to ensure the food hygiene and safety.
Some quality standards of the product, as follows
- Ingredients: 100% sugarcane
- Type: ROC 16 or SU 32
- Brix ≥17, peeled and removed all nodes or not; no red spots
- Cut into size 40-50cm
- Packed in a bulk, net weight depends on customer’s request
- Frozen at -35 degrees and kept at -18 degrees
- Stored at cold temperature in 24 months
