The products are processed from watermelon with Brix 9. After being through some processing steps, the Brix is up to 50-60
Some quality standards of the product, as follows
- Brix 50-60 (depends on customer’s request)
- pH 3.5-4.8
- Pure products, no additives
- Packed in drums or PA bag; 200kgs/drum and 10kgs/PA bag
- Store at cool temperature in 12 months
