Quality standards of frozen ginger puree
The raw materials are grown and harvested in the South of Vietnam. After being harvested and delivered to our factory, they will be put in a closed production line to ensure the food hygiene and safety.
Some quality standards of the product, as follows
- Type: buffalo ginger (yellow meat) or small ginger
- Peel and puree
- Packed in PA bag or plastic box, net weight depends on customer‘s request
- Frozen at -35 degrees and kept at -18 degrees
- Stored at cold temperature in 24 months
