Quality standards of coconut water concentrate
The products are processed from Xiem coconut with Brix 7. After being through some processing steps, the Brix is up to from 30 to 60
Some quality standards of the product, as follows
- Brix 30-60 (depends on customer’s request)
- pH 3.5-5.2
- Pure products, no additives
- Packed in drums or PA bag; 200kgs/drum and 10kgs/PA bag
- Store at cool temperature in 12 months
