Quality standards of frozen lemongrass
The raw materials are grown and harvested in the South of Vietnam. After being harvested and delivered to our factory, they will be put in a closed production line to ensure the food hygiene and safety.
Some quality standards of the product, as follows
- Size: length 17-25cm
- Packed in PA bag and vacuumed, net weight depends on customer‘s request
- Frozen at -35 degrees and kept at -18 degrees
- Stored at cold temperature in 24 months
