Quality standards of Vietnamese sticky rice cake with mung bean and quail egg
The raw materials are grown and harvested in the South of Vietnam. After being harvested and delivered to our factory, they will be put in a closed production line to ensure the food hygiene and safety.
Some quality standards of the product, as follows
- Ingredients: sticky rice, mung bean, quail egg, coconut milk, onion, sugar, salt
- Net weight: 135gr or depends on customer’s request
- Packed in PA bag and vacuumed, net weight depends on customer’s request
- Frozen at -35 degrees and kept at -18 degrees
- Stored at cold temperature in 24 months
